Brown Paper Tickets is a Not-Just-For-Profit company. Our goal isn't making the most money. We'd rather build the industry up by offering more service for less. Think that's weird? Read on...
* We offer the lowest service fee in the industry (Always €0.99 and 2.5%!) with no hidden costs. No credit card service fees, no "holiday" fees, and no print at home fees. Relax and enjoy your event.
* We make every service available to every event producer.
* We donate at least 5% of our profits to charities and microloans to communities we serve and elsewhere.
* We treat our employees fairly, providing a livable wage and insurance to all full-timers. We'd offer insurance to the part-timers, but the insurance company won't let us. Yet.
* We run a low-impact, environmentally friendly office. Even the dog and cat fur is composted.
* We aren't perfect, so if you have a suggestion, rant, or if you're just lonely, please contact us!
